Free returns without delivery fees

Don't be afraid to buy online.

If you ordered an item from us and within 14 days noticed that it doesn't fit you or you need an exchange — you can send it back to us free of charge with the "Easy Return" service from Nova Poshta.

First, you need to arrange the return with us.

We will approve the exchange/return and within 14 days after receiving the parcel, you can return the item for free via the "Easy Return" service in the Nova Poshta mobile application or business account. This service is already active on your waybill.

But before returning, check the item. It must be in marketable condition, packed in branded packaging, with all tags, a receipt/invoice, and a warranty card.

To use Easy Return, you need to:

• log in to the Nova Poshta mobile application or business account.
• open "My Shipments" and select the received parcel you wish to return.
• in the "Manage Parcel" section, select "Easy Return".
• specify the reason for returning the item from the provided list.
• create a new electronic waybill and send the item to the recipient at a parcel locker, branch, or address.
