Delivery terms for the "Nova Poshta" parcel

Shipping is available to all cities in Ukraine. Delivery by Nova Poshta takes 2-3 business days (according to the carrier's rates).
Delivery terms for the "Ukrposhta" parcel

You can receive a package via "Ukrposhta" in two ways:

  • "Ukrposhta Standard" — from 30 UAH, delivery time is from 3 to 6 days.
  • "Ukrposhta Express" — from 40 UAH, delivery time is from 2 to 4 days.
Parcel delivery terms for self-pickup

You have the option to pick up your order yourself from our stores by selecting the "Self-pickup" delivery method during checkout.

Payment options

  • Cashless payment: via details (IBAN).
  • Online payment LiqPay: payment by Visa or Mastercard directly on the website.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): payment upon receipt of the order at the "Nova Poshta" branch. Please note: the carrier charges a commission for money transfer (20 UAH + 2% of the product price). Also, the shipment is made subject to a mandatory partial prepayment of 250 UAH (this amount is deducted from the total order cost).
  • Installment payment (PrivatBank):Add the product to the cart and select the payment method "Card payment (LiqPay)".On the LiqPay payment page, select the "Installment payment" tab.Choose the number of payments and confirm the transaction. The first payment will be charged immediately.Subsequent payments will be charged automatically according to the selected schedule.

Terms of the "Installment payment" service:

  • The service is available for PrivatBank customers.
  • Minimum order amount — from 301 UAH.
  • Ability to split the payment into 2 or 3 equal installments.
  • The first part of the amount is charged at the time of order placement.
International shipments

We deliver orders worldwide. Shipments are made after full online payment of the order and shipping cost.

  • Payment methods: Online payment by card from any bank worldwide through the LiqPay payment system or direct transfer to the settlement account (IBAN).
  • Carriers: Delivery is carried out by the logistics services "Nova Poshta Global" or "Ukrposhta".
  • Delivery times: The estimated delivery time is from 14 to 21 calendar days (depending on the destination country).
  • Shipping cost: Calculated automatically when placing an order according to the current rates of the selected carrier.
Nova Poshta: Easy Returns

For the convenience of our customers, we have connected the "Easy Return" service. This allows you to order several size or color options, with the ability to easily and quickly return items that do not fit.

  • Free of charge — for documents and parcels up to 30 kg.
  • Any shipping method — branch office, courier, or parcel locker.
  • Just a few clicks to arrange in the carrier's mobile app.
  • Real-time tracking of the return status.
