User Agreement

I inform you that the Administration/Website Administrator, franchisee-seller, individual entrepreneur Shevelova Y.G., the person who, based on the relevant franchise agreement, has the right to use the trademark, logo (patent) SAMO-TES and camotec (hereinafter – TM), with priority for goods in accordance with the International Classification of Goods and Services – for the purpose of selling products under the TM.

The franchisee-seller’s details are indicated when selling goods in delivery notes and receipts, which are mandatory documents for the sale of goods.
