Warranty and Returns

1. Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," customers of our store have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

You can choose one of the following options:

Exchange the product for a similar one (different size, color, or model), if available.
Purchase any other products from our assortment with the appropriate price adjustment.
Terminate the contract and receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product.

Important: Return or exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out at the Buyer’s expense.

2. Requirements for Goods to be Returned

Return or exchange is possible only if:

the product has not been used and retains its marketable appearance (no scratches, chips, scuffs, or signs of wear);
the complete set and packaging integrity are preserved;
all labels, tags, and factory markings are intact.

3. Goods Not Subject to Exchange or Return

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, the following goods of proper quality are not subject to return:

underwear (including thermal underwear);
hosiery products;
goods that have been used and show signs of wear.

4. Refunds

In case of product return, the funds will be refunded to the buyer within 7 days from the moment we receive and inspect the product for compliance with the requirements.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase (to a bank card or via IBAN details), unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

5. Return of Goods of Improper Quality (Defects)

If you discover significant defects (faults) during the warranty period, we are obliged to exchange the product or refund the money.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, all delivery costs for the product will be covered by the Store.

6. Warranty Periods

We provide a warranty on our products in accordance with current regulations:

Everyday and fashion footwear: 30 days from the date of sale or from the start of the relevant season.
Active leisure footwear: 60 days.
Home and travel footwear: 40 days.
Leather goods (bags, backpacks, belts): 30–70 days (depending on the type of product).
