 KEY TERMS:
Personal information. This is information you provide us to identify yourself—your name, email address, account details, phone numbers, residential addresses, or other information the site may consider sufficiently linked to an individual.
"Sensitive" personal data. This is a special category of personal information concerning confidential data about health, racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, and gender. More details can be found in Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
Non-personal information. This is information about users that cannot be used to identify a specific user.
IP address. Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, called an Internet Protocol address (IP address). Since these numbers are assigned based on geographic location, an IP address can be used to determine the country or city from which the computer is connected to the Internet.
Cookie file. These are small text files that your browser stores/writes on your computer or other electronic device received from the server.
When you visit a site page, the server can read the information contained in the "Cookie." In particular, "Cookies" can be used to store registration information on the site or a specific area so that the user does not have to re-enter it during subsequent visits to that site or area, and request tokens used on the site related to the user's personal data.
At the same time, "Cookies" technology allows for secure use of the site's services by the user (for example, through the login confirmation function, the Administration can block and request additional information from a user trying to log into an account using a web browser that the user has not used before).
Additionally, cookies allow tracking violations of privacy policies and site usage agreements by users or devices. Cookies help the administration assess the number and frequency of requests and detect and block users or devices attempting to perform bulk downloads of information via our website.
Cookies help the browser navigate through website pages; cookies themselves cannot collect any information from your computer or files. If the server uses the browser to read cookies, they can help make the website more user-friendly.
For the protection of personal data, your browser only grants the website access to the cookies it has sent to you.
Our site uses so-called cookies in many cases. We use cookies to learn more about how you interact with our content and to make our site more user-friendly, efficient, and secure.
Thanks to cookies, we can analyze the usage of our website. This allows us to tailor its content to the needs of visitors. Additionally, cookies enable us to analyze the effectiveness and rating of certain advertisements, for example, based on users' thematic interests.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit.
Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. Generally, you can change your browser settings if you do not want to send such information. However, you will be able to use our site without any restrictions (exception: configurators).
Cookies store information about your browser type as well as any additional browser software installed.
They also store parameters such as language and location, whose values are retained during subsequent visits to the website. Cookies also allow you to rate pages and fill out comment forms. Some cookies are session-based and only last until the browser is closed, while others, persistent cookies, remain on your computer for a longer period.
We use cookies that record the information you searched for to provide it to you upon your next visit with a new search. You can configure your browser to accept all our cookies, limit their number, or reject them entirely. Also, keep in mind the IP address. Since these numbers are assigned based on geographic location, an IP address can be used to determine the country and city from which the computer connects to the Internet.
Data in cookie files is anonymous and does not contain personal data. Web beacons, also known as a single pixel or clear GIF technology, tags, or actions, may be used on the site. Web beacon technology allows the site administration to know which Visitor/User clicked on a key element (such as a link or graphic image) on the site or in the site's email. The information in web beacons is anonymous and does not contain personal data. Users can disable cookies/web beacons at any time through browser settings.
We use statistical counts of used bookmarks and IP addresses to improve the provision of our services. This information is not collected for analyzing personal internet history and is not stored beyond statistical aggregation. We also use IP address statistics to determine whether users are located in Ukraine or abroad. For conducting statistical research, we may engage third-party services that provide us with statistical research services and may send cookies to your electronic device on our behalf and their own. You can configure your browser not to accept such cookies or delete them at any time. We provide you with the option to mark our site as one you like. This information is transmitted to your social network (e.g., Facebook) and used according to the rules established by these social networks.
Today, the use of "Cookies" is a standard procedure for most websites. However, if you are uncomfortable using "Cookies," most browsers allow Users to refuse the use of "Cookies." In this case, the registration function will be unavailable to you, and some other site features may not work properly. After finishing your visit to the site, you can always delete the "Cookies" if you wish.
In some cases, to provide certain products and services, the Administration turns to service providers who may be our partners. These partners, in turn, may also use "Cookies" to personalize user activity related to the partner's applications; or if it concerns advertising, the partner may use "Cookies" to determine the fact of ad display and the User's response.
