Detailed Instructions from Camotec
The sizes of functional and everyday clothing often differ. Usually, you can wear a cotton T-shirt in size L and jeans in size 34, but the measurements of military or hunting suits will be different. That’s why we developed a special calculator to help you determine the right clothing size from camotec.
Step One. Choose the desired product.
First, you need to select the item you are looking for. For example, we took the Hawk fleece jacket in tan color.
Step Two. Enter your measurements correctly.
Click try on online and fill in all the measurements. Be sure to pay attention to the fit options — this determines how snugly the garment will fit your body shape. If you enter all measurements correctly, you won’t have to exchange the purchased item for another size unnecessarily.

Step Three. Use the recommendations and choose your size.
The online calculator will provide you with predicted measurements. Compare them with the size chart and select the appropriate model.
IMPORTANT! When choosing items, consider the desired fit. For example, it’s better to take a size larger if you want the fleece to fit loosely on your body. Also, keep in mind that outerwear (5-7LVL in the American layering system) should be taken one size larger. This will allow you to wear thermal underwear, fleece, and a vest underneath a warm jacket.
