Choosing a layering system for the spring season

Here, everything also consists of three layers and differs from winter only in a few nuances. But these nuances are so important that not only your comfort but also your health will depend on them.

First layer: is thermal underwear suitable for the warm season?

In spring, for the first layer, you can choose thermal underwear, just like for a winter set. But the fabric composition should be different. Here we are no longer talking about retaining heat, so a microfleece layer will be superfluous. The most important thing in active thermal underwear is the quick and effective wicking of moisture away from the body, which will give you a cooling effect. This will determine whether your body sweats and chafes, which can lead to unwanted swelling or irritation.
