CoolPass - an innovative modern material that was developed to wick moisture away from the body and keep it dry for a long time.
Just as a house begins with a foundation, the basis of a garment is the thread from which the fabric is made.
Our top positions of moisture-wicking clothing are made from high-tech CoolPass thread.
Its feature lies in its structure - a 4-channel (100% breathable) smart fiber with enhanced capillary properties.
Thanks to this thread, the Wicking technology works - absorbing moisture from the body and dispersing it over a large area, which ensures its rapid evaporation from the surface of the garment.
The Wicking technology in modern garments is provided in 2 ways: impregnation or technological thread. Impregnation has a disadvantage: it loses effectiveness over time due to washing. Therefore, the technological thread has an advantage in this case, as it does not lose its moisture-wicking properties throughout its entire service life.
The result of the ideal operation of such mechanisms is the absorption, distribution, removal, and evaporation of moisture (sweat), after which the skin remains dry.
CoolPass has UV protection with an UPF 30 index (almost 100% protection from ultraviolet radiation). This allows the material to be used in clothing for travel to regions with high intensity of sunlight (high mountains, tropics) and provides comfort on hot days.
Also, all our CoolPass fabric products use antibacterial impregnation. It prevents the spread of bacteria on the fabric surface that create an unpleasant odor during sweating. The impregnation includes substances such as silver or copper ions, which kill or stop the reproduction of bacteria. Like moisture-wicking impregnation, antibacterial impregnation needs to be renewed from time to time, because over time, after repeated washing, it becomes less effective.
Studies have shown that CoolPass products dry 2 times faster than cotton. CoolPass polyester fibers are lighter and softer than cotton, do not absorb odors, and have increased wear resistance. The service life of CoolPass products is 7 times longer than cotton products.
CoolPass is ideal for sportswear, outdoor activities, and law enforcement.
- CoolPass absorbs moisture 73% better than cotton, 346% better than nylon.
- CoolPass disperses moisture 50% better than cotton, 640% better than nylon.
We use several types of weaving in our garments.
- For polos, which are used as uniform outerwear, a dense weave (Pique) is used so that the item is resistant to external influences.
- Pique Light has an improved weave structure that makes the fabric more breathable and lightweight without losing its wear-resistant properties. The material is also covered with an antibacterial impregnation and has enhanced UV protection.
- A thinner weave (Aintistatic) for T-shirts and long sleeves, which can also be worn as outerwear and function as a basic moisture-wicking layer. This material also includes an antistatic thread that neutralizes clothing electrification.
- The thinnest weave (Single Jersey), using CoolPass thread, is used in summer base layers (T-shirts, long sleeves) designed to provide maximum comfort and moisture wicking.
- For combat shirts (CoolPass Air 2.0), a new generation of CoolPass fabric that has become even more durable and snag-resistant. Thanks to the updated weave, with increased density, breathability and air permeability have become even better.
- CoolPass Grid - a fabric that has high breathable properties due to its mesh weave. This allows the skin to "breathe" and provides effective air exchange, which helps maintain an optimal body temperature during physical activity.
There are many options for moisture-wicking garments on the market. But not all of them really work and not all have the proper quality.
The advantage of our polos, T-shirts, long sleeves, and summer thermal underwear is the original quality of our products and extensive experience working specifically with the original CoolPass fabric since 2015 (we were one of the first in Ukraine).
Also, our CoolPass products guarantee the performance of Quick Dry technology - rapid removal and evaporation of moisture from the surface of garments. This allows for maintaining optimal body temperature and dryness, which is very important for comfort during service or active recreation. Therefore, these items are ideal for use as uniform clothing and for wearing under uniforms and suits.
Our original products always have a reflective Quick dry inscription on the back.
Such clothing is most suitable as a base layer for a layered clothing system.
The layer of CoolPass clothing, which is directly on the body, will immediately transfer evaporated skin moisture to the next layer above. This way, heat will be retained in winter and released - cooling in summer.
CoolPass Single Jersey - the ideal solution for a base layer for the warm season (spring, summer).
Our long sleeves and T-shirts made from this fabric are extremely light and elastic and have impressive moisture-wicking and breathable properties.
These properties provide thermoregulation for a person in hot weather during active movement. Due to the rapid wicking and evaporation of moisture from the body, the risk of getting sick is reduced and the feeling of comfort is improved.
We recommend wearing it under main clothing and combat shirts in the warm season, and under thermal underwear in the cold season.
CoolPass products also have a number of additional advantages:
- it minimizes sweating and subsequent skin irritation and rashes
- guarantees thermoregulation, which is very important for preventing overheating
- significantly reduces the likelihood of chafing from equipment and uniforms due to its strength and hypoallergenic properties
- ensures ease of care in field conditions: refresh the product by rinsing it in water, leave it to dry (very quickly in sunny weather), and it's ready to go again; can be done during a break
- does not fade in the sun
- does not lose its shape after washing.
Thanks to these advantages and original quality, our products are chosen by: outdoor enthusiasts, military personnel, law enforcement, and government officials.
