CoolPass is an innovative modern material designed to wick moisture away from the body and keep it dry for a long time.
Just as a house starts with a foundation, the base of a garment is the thread from which the fabric is made.
Our top moisture-wicking clothing items are made from high-tech thread CoolPass.
Its unique feature is its structure – a 4-channel (100% breathable) smart fiber with enhanced capillary properties.
Thanks to this thread, the Wicking technology works – absorbing moisture from the body and spreading it over a large surface area, ensuring its rapid evaporation from the garment’s surface.
The Wicking technology in modern garments is achieved in two ways: coating or technological thread. Coating has a drawback: it loses effectiveness over time due to washing. Therefore, technological thread has the advantage here, as it retains its moisture-wicking properties throughout the entire lifespan of the garment.
The result of the perfect operation of such mechanisms is the absorption, distribution, removal, and evaporation of moisture (sweat), leaving the skin dry.
CoolPass also offers UV protection with a UPF 30 rating (almost 100% protection from ultraviolet rays). This allows the material to be used in clothing for travel in regions with high sun intensity (high altitudes, tropics) and ensures comfort on hot days.
Additionally, all our products made from CoolPass fabric use an antibacterial coating. It prevents the spread of bacteria on the fabric surface that cause unpleasant odors during sweating. The coating contains substances such as silver or copper ions that kill or stop the reproduction of bacteria. Like moisture-wicking coatings, the antibacterial coating needs to be refreshed periodically, as it becomes less effective after multiple washes.
Research has shown that products made from CoolPass dry twice as fast as cotton. CoolPass polyester fibers are lighter and softer than cotton, do not absorb odors, and have increased durability. The lifespan of products made from CoolPass is 7 times longer than cotton products.
CoolPass is ideal for sportswear, outdoor gear, and law enforcement uniforms.
- CoolPass absorbs moisture 73% better than cotton and 346% better than nylon.
- CoolPass disperses moisture 50% better than cotton and 640% better than nylon.
We use several types of knitting in our garments.
- For polo shirts used as uniform outerwear, a dense knit (Pique) is used to make the garment resistant to external influences.
- Pique Light has an improved knit structure that makes the fabric more breathable and lightweight without losing durability. The material is also treated with an antibacterial coating and has enhanced UV protection.
- A finer knit (Antistatic) is used for T-shirts and long sleeves, which can also be worn as outerwear and serve as a base moisture-wicking layer. This material also includes an antistatic thread that neutralizes static electricity in clothing.
- The thinnest knit (Single Jersey), using CoolPass thread, is used in summer base layers (T-shirts, long sleeves) designed to provide maximum comfort and moisture wicking.
- For combat shirts (CoolPass Air 2.0), a new generation of CoolPass fabric that is even more durable and snag-resistant. Thanks to the updated knit, increasing density has improved breathability and vapor permeability.
- CoolPass Grid is a fabric with high vapor permeability due to its mesh knit. This allows the skin to "breathe" and ensures effective air exchange, helping maintain optimal body temperature during physical activity.
There are many moisture-wicking clothing options on the market, but not all of them truly work or have proper quality.
The advantage of our polos, T-shirts, long sleeves, and summer thermal underwear is the original quality of our products and extensive experience working with the original CoolPass fabric since 2015 (we were among the first in Ukraine).
Our products made with CoolPass also guarantee the operation of the Quick dry technology – rapid removal and evaporation of moisture from the garment’s surface. This helps maintain optimal body temperature and dryness, which is very important for comfort during service or active recreation. Therefore, these garments are ideal for use as uniform clothing and worn under uniforms or suits.
Our original products always feature a reflective Quick dry label on the back.
Such clothing is best suited as a base layer in a layered clothing system.
A layer of clothing made from CoolPass worn directly on the body immediately transfers skin moisture vapor to the next upper layer. This helps retain heat in winter and release it—cooling—in summer.
CoolPass Single Jersey is the perfect solution for a base layer in warm seasons (spring, summer).
Our long sleeves and T-shirts made from this fabric are extremely lightweight and elastic, with impressive moisture-wicking and vapor permeability properties.
These properties provide human thermoregulation in hot weather during active movement. Because moisture is quickly drawn away from the body and evaporated, the risk of illness decreases and comfort improves.
We recommend wearing them under main clothing and underwear in warm seasons, and under thermal underwear in cold seasons.
Products made from CoolPass also have several additional advantages:
- They minimize chafing and subsequent skin irritation and rashes.
- They ensure thermoregulation, which is crucial for preventing overheating.
- They greatly reduce the likelihood of chafing from gear and uniforms due to their strength and hypoallergenic properties.
- They guarantee ease of care in the field: refresh the garment by rinsing in water, leave to dry (very quickly in sunny weather), and it’s ready to wear again; perfect for breaks.
- They do not fade in the sun.
- They do not lose shape after washing.
Thanks to these advantages and original quality, our garments are chosen by outdoor enthusiasts, military personnel, law enforcement, and government officials.
