Rip-Stop and Micro Rip-Stop fabrics are our favorites for making tactical uniforms because this material, made of polyester and cotton (in various proportions), is very durable and resistant to abrasion and tears, which is crucial during special operations.
The good properties of Rip-Stop fabrics are due to their structure: every 7-8 mm or 4-5 mm in the case of Micro Rip-Stop, reinforced threads are woven in, forming a so-called "frame", and in case of mechanical damage to the fabric (cut or tear), it does not rip further, helping to prevent the damage area from expanding.
Advantages of Rip-Stop fabric:
- Thanks to its high density, the material reliably protects against wind and dust.
- It allows air to pass through from the inside and prevents overheating, inhibiting the growth of microorganisms.
- Easy to care for and low-maintenance in washing, dries quickly, and cleans easily from dirt.
- Lightweight.
- Does not wrinkle or deform.
- Some of our products (pants and suits) have an outer surface treated with Teflon water-repellent coating, allowing the fabric to repel dirt and moisture, preventing them from penetrating inside.

We also use these fabrics in our poncho raincoats with additional PU4000 treatment, and as the outer layer of our thermal jackets (light down jackets).
