Rip-Stop fabric

Rip-Stop and Micro Rip-Stop fabrics are our favorites for manufacturing tactical uniform clothing, as this material, consisting of polyester and cotton (in various proportions), is very durable and resistant to abrasion and tearing, which is extremely important during special assignments.

The good properties of Rip-Stop fabrics are due to their structure: every 7-8 mm, or 4-5 mm in the case of Micro Rip-Stop, reinforced threads are woven in, forming a "frame", and in the event of mechanical damage to the fabric (a cut, tear), it does not tear further, which helps prevent the damaged area from expanding.

Advantages of Rip-Stop fabric:

• Thanks to its high density, the material reliably protects against wind and dust.
• It allows air to pass through well from the inside and prevents sweating, stopping the reproduction of microorganisms.
• Easy to care for and unpretentious in washing, dries quickly and is easily cleaned of dirt.
• It has a low weight.
• Does not wrinkle or deform.
• In some of our products (pants and suits), the outer surface is treated with a Teflon water-repellent impregnation, which allows the fabric to repel dirt and moisture, not letting them inside.

For example: tactical military colored suits, tactical pants, panama hats and baseball caps, shorts. We also use these fabrics in our poncho-raincoats, with additional PU4000 treatment, and as the outer layer of our thermal jackets (light down jackets). They are practical and comfortable to wear in any season.
