Hart (hardening) - the process of strengthening metals. Our warriors are hardened daily in battle, gaining strength and resilience greater than any metal. Therefore, the name conveys this inner strength, endurance, and resilience that is formed in a person through difficult trials.
Our pants are designed for those who work daily in combat and harsh conditions — military personnel, special forces, and law enforcement. They provide maximum freedom, durability, and functionality when you cannot afford discomfort or loss of time.
The main task before creation was to achieve maximum freedom of movement in every element of the pants, without losing high wear-resistant properties.
Our designers achieved this through materials and construction.
The pants are made of NySpan fabric (nylon + spandex), which ensures high wear resistance and elasticity.
Due to its special weaving and density, the material is resistant to abrasion and tearing, and also reliably protects against wind.
In addition, the fabric stretches in four directions, increasing comfort and freedom of movement.
It also has a DWR treatment that repels moisture and dirt and is very easy to clean.
We understand that combat pants are not just clothing, but one of the main elements of a soldier's equipment; they must be as functional as possible, so we have thought through every detail.
Pockets:
- Rear pockets are shifted to the edges so that items inside do not interfere when sitting; they can be used for magazines, a phone, and other items.
- Classic side pockets with a reinforced zone for equipment (knife, flashlight, etc.).
- Thigh pockets have dual access: top and side, for accessing items from any position.
- Internal mesh dividers in pockets for convenient separation and securing of small items.
- A pocket for a tourniquet with a drainage hole is located at the bottom of the leg.
Knee area:
- The knee area is reinforced with dense nylon fabric similar to Cordura 600D (which is used to make pouches, backpacks, and plate carriers).
- Inside the knees are compartments for knee pads (compatible with standard Armed Forces of Ukraine knee pads, Crye Precision knee pads, ballistic inserts).
- A layer of dense 3D mesh with ventilation holes is sewn into the knee area, so even without additional knee pads, this zone will protect against minor damage and chafing.
- The fit of the knee area is adjusted from below with two hook-and-loop straps.
- The upper part of the knee area is adjusted with an elastic drawcord and stopper, which are located in the thigh pockets.
- The adjustment elements will allow for the most comfortable fit for any leg volume and type of knee pad inside.
Design features:
- Comfortable wide cut for complete freedom of movement.
- Reinforced seat area with a double layer of main fabric for increased wear resistance.
- Wide and reliable belt loops.
- Tunnel waistband that adjusts and fastens with hook-and-loop closures.
- The waistband fastens with a wide hook-and-loop closure and 2 buttons.
- The bottom of the pants is adjusted with a wide hook-and-loop closure.
- There is a hook at the bottom of the pant legs for securing to laces and an elastic drawcord with a stopper for additional adjustment.
- D-rings at the back, above the rear pockets, for quick attachment of carabiners or other accessories.
- The waistband is raised at the back and reinforced with 3D mesh along the entire perimeter for improved comfort and ventilation.
- All hook-and-loop closures are Molded Hook type – plastic hooks that have high wear resistance and work in the most difficult conditions (wetting, dirt, adverse weather, etc.)
