Disposable foot warmer activated by contact with air. Foot warmers can be used during winter walks, active sports, sleep, in the field, or while working outdoors in extremely low temperatures.

Instructions for use:

1. Open the package and take out the warmer. Shake and wait 5-10 minutes for activation by air.


2. Place the warmer in your shoes or stick it to your socks and put on your footwear.


3. After single use, dispose of the cooled warmer as regular waste.
