The fabric features a layer of microfleece inside – quadro microfleece combined with longitudinal microfleece strips.

Quadro microfleece is microfleece grouped into squares with gaps between them, rather than a continuous surface. 

Narrow microfleece strips are added between the squares. This provides better "breathing" and moisture wicking than the previous Polarheat thermal underwear model, without losing its warming properties.

The shirt is made with a modern, sporty design. It fits snugly to the body without restricting movement, thanks to its elasticity.

The cut itself is designed with human anatomy in mind, features flat seams, and the shoulder seam is shifted for better comfort when wearing a backpack. 

The shirt has a straight collar that protects the neck from the unpleasant effects of cold and wind.

It fastens with a nylon zipper, which has a placket made of DWB fabric for additional protection against wind and moisture at the fastening point.
