The cockade is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura.

The precise and high-quality design is made using high-precision computer cutting, which means that holes are cut in the material with a laser, allowing for clear lines and even, non-cracking edges.

The design is not applied to the patch but is formed by an insert of reflective material that shows through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
