- Take your body measurements according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended sizes in the table.
- If a measurement parameter falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.

How to properly measure your parameters?
Bust — measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the chest.
Waist — measure at the exact place where you usually wear your pants belt. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against the body.
Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.
About clothing fit.
Tight fit/SLIM FIT - A snug cut. It fits closely to the body, emphasizing its structure and enhancing the functional properties of the fabric (moisture-wicking, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - A classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without bagginess. It has a straight cut at the chest and waist and a wider cut across the back.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - A loose cut. Does not cling to the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
