The panama hat is made from Rip-Stop fabric. This material, consisting of polyester and cotton, is very durable and resistant to abrasion and tearing. The brim of the panama hat is made from double-layered fabric with additional stitching, which gives it greater rigidity. For enhanced comfort, all seams are hidden, both on the exterior and interior. Additionally, metal eyelets for ventilation are located on both sides of the panama hat.

The panama hat has a chin cord for securing, which is attached from the inside. The cord itself is adjustable with a high-quality, plastic cord lock. Around the crown of the hat, there is MOLLE webbing for additional equipment or accessories.
