The boonie hat is made of Twill fabric, also known as "Britanka". This is a blend of polyester and cotton. It is a durable and hypoallergenic fabric with impressive "breathable" properties. Reinforced threads are woven into the fabric to prevent tears from spreading and make the fabric more wear-resistant.

This model features high breathability due to the strong mesh inserted around the crown, which improves ventilation and air circulation.

The brim of the boonie hat is made of double-layered fabric with additional stitching, which gives it greater rigidity.

For increased comfort, all seams are hidden, both on the outside and inside. There is also an insert of durable, mesh fabric for better air circulation.

The boonie hat has MOLLE webbing for additional gear or accessories, and is secured with a strong cord with a plastic fastener.
