The boonie hat is made of Canvas Brush Stretch fabric. This is a blend of natural and synthetic fibers with added spandex for elasticity. The material has high wear-resistant, elastic, and hypoallergenic properties. The brush treatment makes the material soft and pleasant to the touch, and DWR impregnation protects against moisture, dust, and dirt.

The brim of the boonie hat is made of double-layer fabric with additional stitching, which adds to its rigidity.

For increased comfort, all seams are hidden, both on the outside and inside. Metal eyelets for ventilation are also provided on both sides of the boonie hat.

The boonie hat has a drawstring for fixation, which is attached from the inside. The drawstring itself is adjustable with a high-quality plastic stopper. A MOLLE strap is present around the crown of the hat for additional equipment or accessories.
