The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision, computer cutting, which involves laser-cutting holes in the material, allowing for sharp lines and smooth, crack-resistant edges.
The design is not printed on the patch, but rather formed by an insert visible through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image abrasion-resistant.
