The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is made using high-precision computer cutting, which involves laser cutting holes in the material, allowing for clear lines and even, non-cracking edges. Between the Cordura layer and the Velcro hook-and-loop backing, a rubberized material capable of accumulating light energy and glowing in the dark is glued.

The design is not printed on the patch but is created by an insert visible through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
