The patch is made from durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision computer cutting, which involves laser cutting holes in the material, allowing for clear lines and even, crack-free edges. Between the Cordura layer and the velcro hook, which forms the back of the patch, a rubberized material is inserted that can accumulate light energy and glow in the dark.

The design is not printed on the patch; instead, it is formed by an insert that shows through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
