Why we did this

Custom call sign patch with hook-and-loop backing. From Camotec company.

The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision, computer-controlled laser cutting, which involves laser-cutting openings in the material, allowing for clear lines and even, non-fraying edges.

The design is not printed on the patch, but rather formed by an insert that shows through the cut-outs in the Cordura. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
