The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is made using high-precision computer cutting, where holes are cut into the material with a laser, allowing for clear lines and even, non-cracking edges.

Between the Cordura layer and the Velcro, which is the back of the patch, there is a rubberized material that can accumulate light energy and glow in the dark.

The design is not printed on the patch, but is formed by an insert visible through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
