The shoulder mark is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision computer cutting, where holes are laser-cut into the material, achieving sharp lines and even, non-fraying edges.

The design is not printed onto the patch but is formed by an insert that shows through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
