- Measure your body according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended sizes in the chart.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
- If you need a close-fitting style (if this is provided for the product), choose the smaller size.

How to properly measure your parameters?
Bust — measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the chest.
Waist — measure the place where you usually wear your pants belt. Stand straight, exhale slowly, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly against the body.
Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.
About clothing fit.
Tight fit/SLIM FIT - Close cut. Fits snugly to the body, emphasizing its structure and increasing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (wicking away excess moisture from the body, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist and a wider cut across the shoulders.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
