Nikwax TX. Direct Wash-in 300ml membrane impregnation is a professional washing agent designed to provide waterproofing for membrane fabrics, breathable nylon materials, and fabrics reinforced with polyurethane coating.

The impregnation reliably restores, maintains, and provides water-repellent and breathable properties to fabrics without damaging the DWR finish or altering the properties of synthetic fillers. It is not a chemical detergent in the usual sense but is a natural, biodegradable shampoo that does not contain fluorocarbons. It is perfect for raincoats, ponchos, capes, as well as clothing with multi-component insulation.

Simple and easy to use, the product is applied only to a clean item and dries naturally. Detailed operating instructions are written on the label. The product starts working immediately after drying.

Machine wash application:

• Place no more than two items in the washing machine.


• Use 100 ml of product (2 caps) per item.


• Wash on a delicate cycle (30°C).


• Hand wash garments with taped seams.

Hand wash application:

• Wear gloves while washing.


• Place one item in a container with 3 liters of warm water.


• Use 50 ml of product (1 cap).


• Leave for 5–10 min.


• Rinse with cold water.
