The Tactical City Bag (TCB) features a concealed weapon compartment, as well as a number of design features such as MOLLE straps, hook-and-loop fasteners for patches and chevrons, and pullers for easy operation with gloves. The backpack is made of high-quality Oxford 900D bag fabric. It is made of durable polyester fibers with a thermoplastic polyurethane coating and has the characteristic basketweave pattern of all Oxford fabrics. The fabric is very dense and is used for sewing bags and backpacks, workwear, tourist equipment, etc. This fabric combines an attractive appearance with excellent performance characteristics. The high-quality TPU coating protects against rapid moisture penetration, does not crease at bends, and does not crack or wear out during long or intensive use. The fabric is resistant to abrasion and tears. It is UV protected, does not spoil or fade even with prolonged exposure to the sun. This material tolerates not only high but also low temperatures well.

The backpack has a comfortable, ergonomic design. Thanks to the orthopedic, soft back made of foamed material, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the compartment and reduces the load on the shoulders. Along the entire length of the backpack, on the outside, there is a strap that allows you to adjust the required volume and fix the shape of the backpack so that nothing protrudes or interferes with movement. On the front and sides of the backpack, there are MOLLE straps, as well as D-rings, for additional pouches or equipment. There is also a hook-and-loop fastener on the front for patches and chevrons. All zippers are equipped with pullers for easy operation with gloves.

The backpack has a compartment for concealed weapon carry, with hook-and-loop fasteners for a holster, in the back part, near the back. The weapon compartment can also be used for a hydration bladder, as there is an opening at the top for the tube. There is also one large compartment, two external, small compartments, and a compartment for a bottle or thermos on the side.

This backpack is usually worn over the shoulder, for which it has a wide, soft strap made of foamed material. The strap fits comfortably to the shape of the body and does not interfere with movement. Additionally, on the main strap, there is a fixing strap that attaches to the side, which prevents the main strap from swinging during active actions and securely fixes the backpack in one position. To quickly remove the backpack, simply unfasten the plastic buckle that secures both ends of the strap. There are also strong handles on the top and side for quick access to the backpack or simply for carrying it by hand.
