The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision computer cutting, which involves laser-cutting holes in the material, allowing for clear lines and even edges that do not crack.

Between the Cordura layer and the hook-and-loop fastener, which forms the back of the patch, there is a rubberized material inserted that can absorb light energy and glow in the dark.

The design is not printed on the patch but is formed by an insert visible through the cutouts in the Cordura. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
