Instructions for customers:
- Measure your body according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended measurements in the table.
- If a measurement is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
- If you need a close-fitting style (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.
- If you have any questions, please contact our professional consultants who will provide you with comprehensive information and help you choose the right size.
How to properly take your measurements?
1. Chest — measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the chest.

2. Waist — measure at the place where you usually wear your pants' waist. Stand straight, exhale slowly, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly against your body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About garment fit.
Tight fit/SLIM FIT - Close cut. Fits snugly to the body, emphasizing its structure and enhancing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (moisture wicking, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without bagginess. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist and a wider cut across the shoulders.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
