1. Measure your body according to the diagram and compare it with our recommended sizes in the chart.
2. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
3. If you prefer a snug fit (if the product design allows for it), choose the smaller size.

How to properly measure your parameters?

1. Chest — Measure horizontally, around the fullest part of your chest.

2. Waist — Measure the area where you typically wear your pants. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against your body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About garment fit.

Snug fit/SLIM FIT - Tight cut. Closely conforms to the body, accentuating its structure and enhancing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (moisture wicking, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Features a straight cut through the chest and waist, and a wider cut across the shoulders.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
