1. Measure your body according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended measurements in the table.
2. If a measurement parameter falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose clothing.
3. If you need a form-fitting cut (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.

How to properly take your measurements?

1. Chest — measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the rib cage.

2. Waist — measure exactly where you usually wear your pants. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against the body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About garment fit.

Tight Fit/SLIM FIT - A snug cut. Fits tightly to the body, emphasizing its structure and enhancing the functional properties of the fabric (moisture-wicking, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic Fit/CLASSIC FIT - A classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist and a wider cut across.
Loose Fit/REGULAR FIT - A loose cut. Does not cling to the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
