The sizes you see in our table are human body measurements, not the actual dimensions of our products, except for the product length.

Customer Guidelines:

1. Measure your body according to the diagram and compare it with our recommended sizes in the table.
2. If a measurement parameter is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose clothing.
3. If you need a snug fit (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.

How to properly measure your parameters?

1. Chest — measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the chest.

2. Waist — measure exactly where you usually wear your pants' belt. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against the body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About clothing fit.

Tight fit/SLIM FIT - A close fit. It hugs the body, accentuating its structure and enhancing the functional properties of the fabric (moisture-wicking, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - A classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist and a wider cut across.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - A loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
