Customer instructions:
- Take your body measurements according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended sizes in the table.
- If a measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
- If you need a snug fit (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.
- If you have any questions, please contact our professional consultants who will provide you with comprehensive information and help you choose the right size.
How to properly take your measurements?
1. Chest — measure horizontally, across the widest diameter of the chest.

2. Waist — measure the exact place where you usually wear your pants' waist. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against the body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About clothing fit.
Snug Fit / SLIM FIT - Tight cut. Clings closely to the body, emphasizing its structure and enhancing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (wicking away excess moisture from the body, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic Fit / CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist, and a wider cut across.
Loose Fit / REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not cling to the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
