Customer Usage Rules:
- Measure your body according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended sizes in the table.
- If a measurement parameter is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
- If you need a tight fit (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.
- If you have any questions, please contact our professional consultants who will provide you with comprehensive information and help you choose the right size.
How to properly measure your parameters?
1. Chest — measure horizontally, across the widest diameter of the chest.

2. Waist — measure the exact place where you usually wear your pants' belt. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against your body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at their widest part, placing the tape horizontally.

About garment fit.
Tight fit/SLIM FIT - Tight cut. Closely conforms to the body, accentuating its structure and enhancing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (wicking excess moisture from the body, thermoregulation, etc.).
Classic fit/CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Features a straight cut through the chest and waist and a wider cut across the back.
Loose fit/REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving ample room for comfort.
