Instructions for customers:
- Take your body measurements according to the diagram and compare them with our recommendations in the table.
- If a measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
- If you need a close-fitting cut (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.
- If you have any questions, please contact our professional consultants who will provide you with comprehensive information and help you choose the right size.
How to properly take your measurements?
1. Chest — measure horizontally, across the widest part of the chest.

2. Waist — measure the exact spot where you typically wear your pants. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against your body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at the widest part, keeping the tape horizontal.
