The sizes you see in our table are human body measurements, not the actual measurements of our products, except for the product length.

Customer Guidelines:

1. Take your body measurements according to the diagram and compare them with our recommended sizes in the table.
2. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer loose-fitting clothing.
3. If you need a snug fit (if applicable to the product), choose the smaller size.

How to properly measure your parameters?

1. Chest — Measure horizontally, at the widest diameter of the chest.

2. Waist — Measure the exact spot where you usually wear your pants' waistband. Stand straight, slowly exhale, and take the measurement. The tape should be parallel to the floor and snug against the body.
3. Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure your hip circumference at their widest part, positioning the tape horizontally.

About Garment Fit.

SLIM FIT - Tight cut. Snugly fits the body, emphasizing its structure and enhancing the effectiveness of the fabric's functional properties (wicking excess moisture away from the body, thermoregulation, etc.).
CLASSIC FIT - Classic cut. Emphasizes comfort without being baggy. Has a straight cut at the chest and waist, and a wider cut across.
REGULAR FIT - Loose cut. Does not hug the body, leaving enough room for comfort.
